KnoxFill is East Tennessee's first zero waste refillery. Founded in 2021, KnoxFill is helping change the status quo from disposable packaging to reusable goods. Offering convenient refilling through delivery, pick-up, pop-ups, and a (coming soon!) brick and mortar refillery, we make refilling easy for everyone. We're on a mission to reduce waste, empower sustainable living, and create a beautiful future for all.

About the Role: Refillery Shop Assistant
As a refillery shop assistant at KnoxFill, you'll help create an awesome experience for KnoxFillers at our new brick and mortar in South Knox.
Responsibilities include:

Greeting customers and providing education on how refilling works

Maintaining a clean, organized, and comfortable space
-
Restocking items that are running low and helping with inventory counts
-
Sharing product information and sustainability tips
-
Running the register
-
Packing and checking online orders
-
Providing feedback and ideas that help KnoxFill succeed in our mission to reduce waste and empower environmental citizenship
About the Role: Mobile Refillery Maverick
As a mobile refillery maverick, you'll help expand refilling options around our region!
Responsibilities include:

Driving Fillomena (and, in the future, FillUp!) to markets and pop-ups in our area, setting up, hooking up/unhooking the vehicle
-
Greeting customers and providing education on how refilling works
-
Restocking Fillomena's inventory from KnoxFill HQ
-
Identifying and securing market and pop-up opportunities for our mobile refilleries
-
Helping manage our mobile refillery schedule
-
Running the register
-
Providing feedback and ideas that help KnoxFill succeed in our mission to reduce waste and empower environmental citizenship
About You
For our refillery assistant, we're looking for someone who:

is passionate about sustainability

loves interacting with people
-
is an independent and collaborative problem-solver
-
has weekend availability
-
practices growth mindset (we're all learning on this journey together!)

has customer service experience
-
is able to lift up to fifty pounds (refill containers are heavy!)
-
has a keen eye for detail

and is on a low-waste, sustainable living journey
For our mobile maverick, we're looking for the above, plus:

confidence in driving and a clean driving record
-
independence and keen organizational skills
-
someone who loves the lure of the open road ( . . . and doesn't mind solo time spent driving!)

if you have a towing vehicle you'd be interested in using, that's a plus! (we reimburse mileage and wear and tear)
