What is KnoxFill's B2B Program?

KnoxFill for Business is a closed-loop bulk refill program designed to help local businesses maximize their positive impact on our community and dramatically reduce their waste. We provide a variety of sustainable products in refillable containers that are made to be reused, not tossed. Our products are locally and regionally sourced and rigorously vetted for ingredients, efficacy, and sustainability.

What is the price to join?

How can I sign up? 

Simply reach out to Janessa at biz@knoxfill.com so that she can set you up with a business account. You’ll be sent an invitation to join via email, and once you’ve activated your account, you’ll be able to login to our website to make purchases. 

How do I place an order?

Once your account is activated, you can login to our website. When you select the ‘KnoxFill for Business’ tab, you’ll see the product listings available for purchase through the program. 

Can I bring my B2B containers to refill in the store while doing personal shopping?

While you’re welcome to refill your containers yourself in our store, refilling can be tedious and time-consuming, especially when the store is busy. Therefore, in order to provide the most seamless shopping experience, we encourage you to place your B2B order online at least 24 hours in advance to give our team enough time to have it filled before you arrive. We also offer free business delivery - just use code BizDelivery at checkout! 

Can I create a custom scent for my products?

Yes, you’re welcome to create a custom scent for your products. However, there is a bit of lead time on custom orders as they are created outside of our brick and mortar location before being shipped to our store. Ask us for a list of scents to choose from!

Do you wholesale KnoxFill products?

We don’t wholesale our products as the margins aren’t great for either party.

Is there a minimum purchase amount? 

There is no minimum purchase amount nor is there a minimum order frequency to stay enrolled within the program. It’s simply a way for your business to reduce waste and source your products outside of a single-use system. Thank you for choosing to refill with us and make a difference in our community!

How do I know if my business qualifies for the B2B program?

If you have a business, you qualify! Our mission is to help reduce plastic pollution and single-use waste while creating a community around sustainability. If you have a business and want to use KnoxFill products, we'd love to supply you! 

Can I purchase any KnoxFill product under my business account?

Not quite. While we’d love for you to try all of our products, there are a select range of products offered within the B2B program. Currently, we offer hand and dish soap, shower products, lotion, and cleaning solutions.

What is the average cost savings of joining the B2B program?

On average, B2B customers can expect an average of 15-25% savings by purchasing within the program.
