Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Sodium bicarbonate (Baking Soda), Silica, Amisoft (Sodium Lauryl Glutamate), Magnesium Stearate, Natural Mint Flavor from essential oil, Menthol, Xanthan Gum, Stevia, Citric Acid, and Sodium Fluoride

Read carefully!

I bought the tooth tabs because I have tried them before and really liked them, however, I wanted the ones with fluoride and did not read the package very carefully. So maybe they should make this more noticeable on the packaging?

I like them! Sometimes I wish the tablets were a little larger or there was more "paste" made from them, but that is probably just personal preference and still acclimating to the difference compared to tube toothpaste.

Takes getting used to

This is my second type of toothpaste tabs and it just takes a little getting used too as far as texture and process. The texture of the mint is better than cinnamon, and tastes fresher too. Otherwise they’re really convenient, and I like having a fluoride option.
