Just bite down, wet your toothbrush, and brush as normal. Feel free to use a second one for extra cleaning power. Packet comes with a 2-month supply. 

Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Sodium bicarbonate (Baking Soda), Silica, Amisoft (Sodium Lauryl Glutamate), Magnesium Stearate, Natural Mint Flavor from essential oil, Menthol, Xanthan Gum, Stevia, Citric Acid, and Sodium Fluoride 

Comes in an at-home compostable packet.

I like them! Sometimes I wish the tablets were a little larger or there was more "paste" made from them, but that is probably just personal preference and still acclimating to the difference compared to tube toothpaste.

Takes getting used to

This is my second type of toothpaste tabs and it just takes a little getting used too as far as texture and process. The texture of the mint is better than cinnamon, and tastes fresher too. Otherwise they’re really convenient, and I like having a fluoride option.

Works great!

Better than tube toothpaste! Works really well. Two packages’ worth fit in a small glass jar next to the sink.
